StepConvert has no accounts and no database of users.

To save you retyping, the calculators remember your height, weight, sex and unit choice in your browser’s local storage. The step log stores the days and step counts you enter, and your goal, in the same place. This data never leaves your device and we can’t see it.

AI step plan

If you use “Build my 4-week step plan”, the answers in that form (current steps, goal, days, age group and optional notes) are sent to our server and passed to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to write the plan. We don’t store them. Don’t put names or medical details in the notes box.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It is cookieless and doesn’t build a profile of you.
